I have paid over 60 a month for 3 years over $2100 and somehow figure I still owe $1500
more to buy out you my contract. This company is ripping people off with that service and cost. I will also be making a formal complaint to the BBB about this. I have the messages the agent sent me saying I needed to send and email and call to confirm and my account would be canceled with in 30 days, not one time mentioning me owing any amount or having to buy out any contract. seeing how it offers the same performance and security as a hardwired system in a much more convenient, easy to maintain form, you should make an effort and dig deeper in your pocket to get a wireless home security system.

Many times it will pick up a person
walking in OR out of view BUT it dies not catch both. I have Alfred set up on a tablet that is next to the router and always plugged in charging, I’m not sure why I get
logged out so often and it takes forever to get logged back in. The Alfred app was better and more reliable before all of these changes. I purchased a one month subscription to the premium for $3. 99 to see if that makes a difference and restores the dependability of the app, so far I have to say it does Not. I have a 45 second recording, when I watched it, I found that it only recorded movement for 15 seconds, the rest of the recording was still frame, no movement at all. If I do not see dependability like it used to have I will start looking for another security app and cancel my premium subscription to Alfred.
